Improving Website Engagement and Lead Generation

With a focus on improving the user experience and generating leads, we worked with Normandeau Associates to identify the best approach to achieve these goals. Beginning with research, this led to a refinement of their brand messaging and visual identity as well as a restructuring of website content. The result – a 185% increase in qualified leads via form submissions in the first four months.

The Need

Initially focused on website engagement and lead generation, Normandeau Associates recognized the user experience was outdated, limiting visitor engagement and lead generation opportunities. Further the site did not reflect the industry leadership the company had established. With a significant amount of technical and scientific content, they needed to streamline information, highlighting their high level of expertise while enhancing their SEO strategy to better connect with their audience.

The Solution

In order to understand current market conditions and target audience behaviors and preferences, we conducted a full day session with company leadership and service leads, complemented by secondary research. From this research, we refined the brand strategy and visual identity, using that to guide the website redesign and produce a brand video for the homepage. A custom WordPress build with foundational SEO features, the website was developed to improve search visibility, streamline navigation, and modernize the user experience.
