Job Description
Job Type: Full-time
You’ll be responsible for overseeing tasks necessary to meeting and exceeding each client’s expectations, goals, and project objectives.
- Client Management
- Proactive Communication: Set and manage client expectations through clear communication, regular updates, and milestone presentations.
- Account Support: Assist Account Directors in project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate on effective marketing materials and website experiences.
- Project Coordination
- Meeting Management: Prepare and recap agendas for stand-up meetings, client updates, planning sessions, and milestone reviews.
- Project Monitoring: Track progress against plans, budgets, and timelines, identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Reporting & Administration: Assist with generating reports and completing administrative tasks.
- Digital & Content Expertise
- Research & Analysis: Gather and organize primary and secondary research to inform project decisions.
- Web Design & Development: Participate in large web design projects, including sitemaps, content organization, wireframes, mood boards, and image preparation.
- Marketing Management: Oversee ongoing digital program plans for PPC campaigns, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Technical Acumen: Complete coding and design briefs, understanding technical aspects of project delivery.
Preferred Skills
1-2 years of agency experience working within various disciplines including:
- Expertise in: traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and data analytics for marketing research.
- Strong analytical skills: proficient in using data analytics software to extract insights and inform marketing decisions.
- Experience working in the following is preferred: Google Analytics, Google Suite, Productive, Canva
- Compelling communicator and presenter: able to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to diverse audiences.
